[wplug] /dev/ttyS0 busy

My bad.

Apparently the COM port IS having issues in Windows98.  So maybe it is a 
hardware thing for the serial port.  I have a winmodem on this laptop as 
well and I've never tried to configure it on linux, maybe now's the time.
