Make sure the directories containing your html are flagged as executable....
Everything else should be in your httpd.conf

Subject: [wplug] Apache configuration

I'm using Mandrake 8.1 and I'm trying to set up Apache 1.3.22-1.3. I
keep getting the error
"You don't have permission to access / on this server". I tried changing
the permissions on every directory and file
that I could, but it didn't help. I had a previous version of Apache
working. I had the same problem with it, but I can't remember what I did
to fix it. I think it had something to do with one of the configuration
files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
