[wplug] A new Machine

I have found that building my own gets me what I want at a decent
price. Bilding a machine isn't nearly as scary as it sounds, although you
can spend a bit of time working out what config you want and where to buy
stuff from. Streetprices, Pricescan, Pricewatch, and iBuyer.net have all
served me well. As has eBay.

Just my $0.013 (stock market hit me too hard to give $0.02 this year)
