[wplug] A new Machine

Atlas Micro (www.buy-atlas.com) served me well. They'll custom
configure a box for you and their prices were the best I could find when
I bought my machine (about a year ago). Last I checked, they didn't
have any machines with Linux pre-installed, but you could get one with
no OS. (In my case, since I needed to dual-boot anyway, I was just as
happy to get something with NT pre-installed and then install Linux
myself).
