Those are Logical partitions, which are different from Primary partitions
in that they are not stored in the Partition table because that
table only has 4 possible entries.  This is why the numbering starts
from 5 for them.

They are quite normal, so unless you controlled your disk partitioning
precisely (with fdisk, say) I would not be surprised if whatever installation
you used has created them for you.
