Hi- I'm setting up printing on my laptop (Debian) and wondering if it matters which printing system I install. Is there any major difference between CUPS and lpr, and are there any compatibility issues between them? I realize that CUPS is newer, but lpr seems to be default for most applications and tools such as printtool. Please advise... thanks. Doug
