[wplug] Orinoco WaveLAN on Debian

I've attached a copy of my pcmcia directory. It's not a very clean setup,
because after winning the fight against the configuration I didn't feel
like cleaning back up.  It does work for me on CMU's wireless.  I'm using
a 2.4.x kernel on a slackware 8 distro.
