Donald Becker's network card driver page at http://www.scyld.com/network/ethercard.html says the driver to use is natsemi.c.  You
should be able to find this in your kernel configuration under Network device support -> Ethernet 10 or 100Mbit -> National
Semiconductor DP8381x series (that's from a 2.4.2 menu).

If you're using a standard distro kernel, try typing "modprobe natsemi", then type "dmesg" to see if it detected your card.
