[wplug] IDE for C and C++

I haven't used it for debugging much, but as an IDE I like ajunta, which
(assuming I spelled it right) ajunta.sourceforge.net .  If I spelled it
wrong, check out the listings on gnome.org, I think thats where I first
heard of it.  Titano looked intresting as well, but it was in a *very*
early version when I looked at it a few months ago, (it might even have
been last year), but if they have released a new version it might be worth
looking at.
