[wplug] New WPLUG member

Greetings,

I recommend that we adopt a fish of the variety likeable by our new
rockhopper mascot.  I further propose that we name the fish 'Bill
Gates'.  We can then feed Bill Gates ceremoniously to the our new mascot.
