[wplug] bp perl

Hey-
Thanks for all the help! I have now installed it ok, following John's
"make install" recommendation from the root directory after untarring in
to /usr/local/. However, I still have a complaint that looks like this
(after trying to run bibconv):

Can't locate bp.pl in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/local/bin/bibconv line 4.

I realize that I can probably move /usr/local/bp-0.2.97/bin files over
to /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/ and solve the problem. However, is there a way
to include /usr/local/bpd-0.2.97/bin/ in my @INC?? It seems like adding
a bunch of junk to my perl5 directory is a bad idea (is this right or
wrong, I have no clue). Finally, WHAT the heck IS my @INC???! :)
