[wplug] apt-get problems in debian.

Basically libpgsql2 appears to be the offending package. You should run
apt-get update however, because I've checked and python-pygresql no longer
depends on libpgsql2 but rather libpgsql2.1. That should remove the
dependancy problem. If the package still won't go away then, run dpkg -r
libpgsql2. That should try to remove the files without removing the config
files. Lastly, trying creating a dumby /etc/postgresql/postmaster.conf
(touch /etc/postgresql/postmaster.conf) and then running apt-get -f
install. Write back here if none of this works!
