I am in the midst of going to an M$ free home while at the same time looking for a job in IT. My first question is;
Who do you go all Linux when the job postings ask for your resume in word Doc format?

I am currently solving this problem by leaving win98/word on my wife's computer. But shortly the expectation will be to upgrade it to word 2002 and we arn't/can't shell out the $400 to buy another legeal copy.
Any suggestions, instruction, or links on how to overcome this particular hurdle?

Question 2;
At the recent installfest I helped this nice guy install Linux on his computer. He was/is however an AOL user. Now that he has Linux on his machine he would like to be able to connect to the internet, Did we as a group have a list of ISP's that we use/have? Anybody wanna comeout with a ringing endorsement for theirs?
I have @home and it is okay but I just got the bill for next month and at $50.64 I think that it is going to have to be yanked(specially during this time of recession).
