[wplug] webmin

I've played with webmin on one of my boxes. It's pretty nice. I have
actually been using the Qmail module to add new users to the system. It's a
little buggy sometimes but I still find quick and easy to work with.

i know there are security issues, but you can configure apache to work
with ssl. i installed it and i was really impressed.
