If you're questioning the CLOSE_WAIT status of this connection, it means
that the connection has closed, and it's waiting for a certain timeout.
This timeout is to ensure that any packets related this connection, that
might have been delayed, have timed out.
I think the is a better explaination, but I don't have my networking book
with me.
