are you running dhcp on your firewall gateway for computers behind the
firewall?

i think 10.0.1.2 is on the 10.0.0.0 reserved network for intranets. 
the 24.23.99.148 resolves to your host name:c1087015-a.baden1.pa.home.com 

perhaps i'm reading this wrong, but it looks like a machine described by
003065112234 requested an ip address from 24.23.99.148 and the dhcp server
gave it 10.0.1.2 in return?
