OK, here's my entry for the most grossly OT post of the 2001
season.

Me fa-down and break my Palm Pilot. Didn't someone here
(Alex) have favorable results some time ago exchanging such
a broken toy with the manufacturer? It's not even close to
being under warranty any more.
