[wplug] Radio Group

Greetings.

	Well.. it turns out that the wplug-radio list ceased to exist when
	wplug made the move to mailman from majordomo, which is not surprising
	considering the small amount of traffic :)  Anyways, things are moving
	along again, and I encourage anyone interested in working with fellow
	wplug members to create an internet radio show, to join the list at:
