if you do an ns lookup on an ip address owned by say bellatlantic. it's
not going to return the domain name at dyndns.org. it's only going to
return the one that the name server of the ip address owner (bell
at) returns. they would have to poll the name server of dyndns.org and get
the ip's associated with them. then they would have to check the ips
returned with that query and see if it matches any of theirs.
