[wplug] RH7.2 panic on reboot after install

Sounds like you've tried most everything...

I can only think of two things:
    - testing ram w/ memtest86 (www.memtest86.com)
    - trying to boot computer w/ kernel on CD and then make a custom kernel.
      to do this, put the install cd in the drive and at the bootmenu type:
      linux initrd= root=/dev/hdaX (where X is the partition # w/ the new
      install).
