[wplug] ESD does not work for normal users

Here is my esd permission:
- -rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root        52924 Mar  7 07:51 /usr/bin/esd

One other thing to check (which slapped me around for a couple of days) is 
your firewall.  Sounds funny but esd runs on a port, which can be blocked by 
your iptables/ipchains settings.
