[wplug] TekRam & Plextor

The SCSI tape drive terminates the SCSI chain with an active terminator (as 
required by TekRam). The Plextor SCSI CDROM is not terminated (it's between 
the TekRam and the tape drive.).  Yes the kernel is configured to support 
cdroms.
