I have Verio SDSL and Digital Broad Band SDSL now. DBC is going out of
business soon I beleive though... I am going to be adding a SDSL line from
NAS (Network Access Solutions) as well come next week I believe.
Support with Verio is not the best, but I have not really needed it at all.
I got my Verio line in December 1999, and its only been down 3 times since
then, once in April for a period of 8 hours, once in May, and then once in
August I think.. This outage was 3-4 days, line would come up for a little,
then go down for a little, then come back up, on and on for around 3 days.
DBC line is decent, had it since October, been down only once since (Just
went down the other day), support was real good with them, but I think they
are now bunkrupt.
