[wplug-web] members database

I Have most of the wplug online members database together.  Now I need to 
know the basic format (i.e., what input info and what output)  How will this 
database interact with users and administrators.  Originally the database is 
designed with perl and mysql.  Once it is functioning OK, I'll begin to 
migrate to tcl and OpenACS.
Please give me a few ideas on the basic input, output, administrative 
structure.
