[wplug-web] Java IRC

Would anyone object to me writing a java-enabled IRC client for wplug 
webpage??  I was thinking of writing something like that and what better 
way than to write it for wplug.  Also, if someone would like to assist me, 
that would be cool.  I can host it on my machine for now, until the main 
wpluggers can test out the code for security sake.
