[wplug-web] Tagging

Hey,

I'd like to tag the current wplug CVS project as a stable branch and get 
working on some of the things we'd (I'd, in some sense) like to 
incorporate into future versions of the page (my main objective right 
now is to make things un-crufty). Does anyone have any objections or CVS 
tag naming schemes? I'll probably do this tonight unless I hear 
something else.
