Rob-dude:

Do you have any experience w/ cocoon.  I checked out the setup procedure
for it, and it is going to require someone w/ root.  Do you have a form of
that?  I know it involves setting up java, and that seems to be your bag. 
Can you set it up so we can all play w/ it?
