[Wplug-web] New Design

What should we use for a new design.  I've been looking at two sites that I
like design-wise, linux.com and svlug.org.  Linux.com is based in % which
is good but we need to decide on colors and such.  Svlug.org is hard coded
pixels because of the graphical tables.  I like the links on left content
right idea.  What do you guys think?
