[Wplug-web] Perl modules needed for bugzilla

We need to have a couple things before I can get bugzilla working.

the Mysql modules (install Bundle::Mysql)
(make sure that backwards compatibility is enabled in the config)

TimeDate (installing Date::Format specifically)
GD 
Chart::Base (depends on GD)

After that, I'll need to set up a db for bugzilla under mysql, but that
shouldn't be too much of a problem.
