[Wplug-web] Getting ready for wplug.org: v2.0!

Lame subject huh?  We should start polishing unstable so that we can push
the new style to wplug.org and then start working on more advanced
features.  Bug hunt!  It would be cool if we could setup bugzilla and tell
wplug'ers to go and take a look.  Hint hint nudge nudge.
