Shouldn't be too hard to explain the DB stuff to you -- I could,
probably, but the people who actually know DB stuff (namely, rob and
jo2y) would probably be better at that.

As for starting a bugzilla project, we have a bug tracker at
SourceForge, which should be used for lain bugs (as opposed to
unstable/stable bugs), based on the lines we drew up unofficially
before: lain is a general project that wplug just happens to be using.

So, the unstable and stable bugzilla stuff should stay, but bugs that
have to do with the engine belong on SF.
