[Wplug-web] Theme Support

I've been working on themes recently.  Check out unstable.wplug.org to see the
ugly fruits of my labor.  The point is, it works.  We have a number of themes
to choose from and can easily create our own.  There are some problems
though.. the themes involving graphics seem to get screwed up when you make
tables over a certain size... take a look at the site and update your repos
and see what you guys can do :)
