I have been kicking around the idea of giving a presentation titled
"What Time is It?" which would be about the background of timekeeping
and would also touch on how time is distributed via NTP.  It would
briefly cover free software such as ntpd, chrony, and timesyncd with
basic configuration examples, but the bulk of it would be about how time
standards are determined in the first place.  Kind of relevant given
that there was a leap second insertion on December 31, though perhaps
slightly late.

Comments?  Suggestions?
