[wplug-plan] Proposal for next event - RFC

I would like to propose a hackathon for the next event. I have a big
Raspberry Pi based project I am just starting to dig into at the shop
and we need to allocate some time for that membership management
program. I don't anybody in mind for the next GUM, and I won't be ready
with a talk on RDBMS because of the other projects I am working on and
my commute time. This is my request for comments on my proposal.
