[wplug-plan] WPLUG Banner

A banner would be nice ... but from the point of view of the WPLUG 
Treasurer, is there any possibility that Mr. Provan would be interested 
in donating such a banner?  I know a decent banner (say, around 3' x 5' 
size) can cost over $100, and that's more money than I think we can 
afford to spend on something like that.  It's also unclear that it would 
help WPLUG "get it's name out" - if we display a banner at an 
Installfest, it would only be seen by people who come to the 
Installfest, and who thus should already know what WPLUG is and why 
they're there... ;-)
