At least during the previous term, no Director has ever been absent in a 
way that would trigger Section 6.7 of the bylaws.  I didn't say that his 
absences were consecutive....

Justin (in his follow-in comment) is completely correct - one thing the 
Board didn't do very effectively was to pursue partnerships with other 
organizations, and I believe we're all in agreement that that's 
something that ought to change.  Our joint event with Hack Pittsburgh 
was a good one, and it's the sort of thing we should be trying to do 
more of.
