Also, keep in mind that the seating of the incoming board does not need 
to occur in conjunction with a WPLUG Board meeting - we've only done it 
at that time previously because it is a convenient way to hand off 
records, keys, etc., at a time when we could get everyone all at the 
same place at the same time, and allow the incoming Board to begin 
operation right at an already scheduled board meeting.  But this is not 
required.
