[wplug-plan] Making the big changes

What is everyone's problem with asynchronous communication. It is 
working right now but nobody is for using it. Right now I can post links 
and then everyone has enough time to read them. I can read something and 
I have time to think about it. It is also easy to log and avoids cross talk.
