I was finally (mostly my fault) able to get in touch today with
Jessica from the Brookline Library.  The meeting room is already
booked for February 20.

I did find out that the rest of the Saturdays in February are
available.  I suggest that February 27 would work.  Should I go
ahead and try to schedule this date?
