Good question... until we play with the interface for a few times, we
will not have the exact roles defined but here's my first guess.

1. Someone who will bring reliable hardware to the meeting with a
preconfigured webcam and microphone. Ideally this person should have a
dimdim account and practiced with it a few times at home.
2. The speaker of the day should agree to submit their slide deck to role #3
3. This person will sit at the console, upload the slides, and
moderate the dimdim chat channel.
4. Someone who will work with the speaker to get the video camera and
mic placement just right.

again, we will have to do this a few times before knowing exactly who
needs to do what. It might take more than 4 people or less.

Please keep in mind network is key and I don't know if the network
will be setup enough to handle this.

interested on site and remote parties should view these videos
