[wplug-plan] getting the events planning committee together

After we switched to the new server, I lost track of who was
subscribed to the events planning committee. Now is a good time to
just start    fresh. If you want to read events at wplug.org because you
want to help coordinate potential speakers, venues, field trips, table
topics, social gatherings, etc then respond to this thread.
