[wplug-plan] reports for Saturday's meeting

Folks,

If you are in charge of a committee, or have a position on the board,
please make sure to prepare a report for Saturday's meeting.  This
should *NOT* be something that you think of 5 minutes before you do it.

Instead, look book at your positions requirements and goals for year,
identify which ones were successful and which ones didn't quite get
there.  If there are metrics you can use to quantify stuff, please
prepare those.  For example, secretary should have stats on the number
of members, treasurer should have copies of the ledger to distribute, etc.
