Dave,

Nope, that would be excellent.  If you have coordination issues, feel 
free to ping me or Beth Lynn.

Also, ask if there is any sort of additional promotion they'd like us to 
do for it, or if they'd like to do some sort of promotion.  In the past, 
when we've had corporate speakers we've made it possible to have a 
signup list for more information, etc.
