[wplug-plan] CD distribution event

Hi folks-

At Monday's board meeting, we discussed supporting an SFD event
under the auspices of the PR committee.  I created a page on the
wiki at <http://wplug.ece.cmu.edu/wiki/index.php/SoftwareFreedomDay>
and seeded it with some basic information.

Feel free to make any contributions there or discuss here on the
-plan list.  If you want to get together face-to-face, I'm up for
that, too.
