I'd say 20 minutes, so maybe we should call them "lightning and thunder
talks" because thunder comes after lightning.
Anyway, lacking anything else, I've put that up on the Wiki page. Mike,
I hope you're still good with this. I'll probably just give a tour of
emacs or something like that, show some of the bells and whistles.

Do we have a final copy of the ballot anywhere? We may need to extend
the deadline for voting.
