Folks,

We're trying to keep the meeting on Saturday blessedly short.  I really 
hate meetings.  To work with this, we're going to have the committee 
reports as part of the agenda and available beforehand.  So, if you're 
representing a committee, please email Bill Moran with a report ASAP.

If there is something really important, you can talk, but in general, 
must the stuff can be just as easily read.
