I see the issue as basically one of uneven distribution.  Some
people hit the pizza table early and often, and others essentially
"snooze and lose."  One approach is to order more pizza than
needed, ensuring a surplus.  Another is to more closely police
pizza consumption.  The second is only a possibility if there are
volunteers to serve on the pizza enforcement squad...
