[wplug-plan] help needed for this saturday gum

Hello,

We could really use some help in the following areas

Hosting the meeting...
This entails meet and greet, being there 10am-2pm, doing announcements 
(you will be provided with a script upon request), keeping us on schedule, 
making sure that the talk is not side tracked, appointing a pizza troll 
(if needed)

Co-hosting the meeting...
doing any of the host duties as needed

Setup Crew (at least one needed)
show up at 9:30 to move chairs, hang signs, make coffee, etc.

Donut Troll (exactly one needed, please rsvp for this spot before Friday 
at 5pm)
show up at 10am with 3 dozen donuts and a gallon of OJ. Provide receipts 
and you will be reimbursed.

Pizza Troll
Collect pizza money, order pizza, and be alert for when the pizza arrives.

Some of the usual helper folks are speaking or they can't make it this 
Saturday. Please consider helping out even if you've never helped out 
before.

Please respond so that we'll know what positions are covered.
