[wplug-plan] Coming events flier

This didn't go through as an attachment, so let's try this.

I've put together a flier of coming events, similar to those that
have been handed out at previous meetings.  However, I don't have
the ability to print a stack of these, so if someone thinks it's
a good idea to have them you can download it from
