[wplug-plan] volunteers for VMWare Meeting on 4/29

Hiya WPLUG,

So far we have 70 people RSVP'd for the meeting with Bob Good from
VMWare on April 29.  This is going to be a huge event for WPLUG and it's
going to take a lot of effort to pull off.  So, here's your chance to
help.

We need 4 volunteers to serve as greeters at the door.  These people
should be generally cheery folks and will provide a smiling face to our
new friends and hand out WPLUG propaganda.  We expect a lot of folks who
are new to WPLUG -- you will be the initial face of WPLUG, so make sure
to do things like pick the leftover corn flakes out of your beard and
put on pants in the morning.

We also will need 3 or so people to be in Newell Simon Hall and direct
people to the proper room (which may be in Wean Hall).  These people are
key because it's very confusing to find your way to Wean Hall from
Newell Simon Hall.  There is a chance that one of these people may miss
part of the presentation, but just like the glory of Rome, some things
require sacrifice.

We need a setup crew to make sure the room is ready and we have
everything set up.  These people should be there around 9:00am to help
setup.  We're gonna have boat loads of signs to put out.  Hopefully
these folks can also stay for cleanup too.
